After spending his school years across specialist and mainstream settings, he knew what it felt like to be supported – and what it felt like not to be. His experience in mainstream school had been challenging, with bullying and setbacks that affected his confidence. But arriving at college marked a turning point.

    For two years, Tyrone embraced college life, made new friends, and discovered a place where he felt respected and treated like an adult. By his second year, he felt ready for something more – eager to step out of the classroom and into the world of work.
