Ian McAllister
Chair
Ian is a transforming educational strategist with a strong background in successful school leadership. Described by Ofsted as a "visionary" head teacher, he is also practical and results-driven, and committed to ensuring value for money by being able to see beyond price to “overall value” solutions.
Ian has worked in a wide range of public sector educational settings, including schools in all phases, education administration, Local Authority Advisory Service, inspection and school improvement partnerships, Social Services, further education and higher education. Ian is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiating skills, and has a real understanding of teamwork.
Following his time as Chair of Daventry Hill School LGB, Ian sees volunteering as a Trustee as a natural further involvement with Creating Tomorrow, and a way of assisting in the continuing development of an exciting project in making high quality local provision, across all phases, for students with special educational needs.
Ian is a Trustee of Creating Tomorrow Trust as well as Creating Tomorrow College.

Jack Pishhorn
Trustee
Jack Pishhorn currently serves as both the Chief Operating Officer at Peterborough Cathedral and Head of Culture, Tourism, and Heritage at North Northamptonshire Council, overseeing strategic and operational aspects of key entities such as the Chester House Estate, Discover Northamptonshire Tourism Hub, The Alfred East Art Gallery, The Kettering Museum, Corby Heritage Centre, The Northamptonshire Archaeological Resource, and the Northamptonshire Greenway Project.
Jack has over a decade of senior management experience, demonstrating adept leadership in the management of large visitor attractions and capital restoration projects. His academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from The University of Manchester, and he is actively pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business at the University of Leicester.
Georgia Wales

Georgia is a passionate and driven professional with extensive experience in management, marketing, and business development. With a strong background in visitor experience and operations, she has successfully led teams, developed innovative retail strategies, and integrated efficient workforce management systems.
Deeply committed to the College's mission, Georgia is eager to contribute to its strategic leadership and drive meaningful change. With a forward-thinking and innovative approach, Georgia aims to enhance advertising strategies, expand opportunities for students, and support the College's long-term development. Passionate about learning and growth, Georgia looks forward to collaborating with fellow Trustees to make a lasting impact.
Paul White
Trustee
Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 40 years of senior financial experience in both professional practice as well as in industry. His expertise is in audit and risk management, where he has been responsible for the development and implementation of risk frameworks in several major companies. He has also held Finance Director roles in several companies. He most recently worked for Deloitte LLP as a director in the public policy team.
Paul has been involved in supporting education in a variety of voluntary roles for over 30 years, mostly as a governor of a local school. Since 2018 he has been a trustee and Director of a large Academy Trust comprising two secondary schools and over 10 primary schools. During this time, he has chaired the Finance committee.
Tony Yeomans

Tony takes great pride in contributing to the education and development of individuals with special educational needs and disabilities. With experience at the Shannon Trust, Tresham College, and the Prison Service, he has seen first-hand how education can transform lives.
Tony brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, people management, health & safety, negotiation and conflict management, and problem-solving. He is committed to supporting Creating Tomorrow College in creating inclusive and accessible learning opportunities for all.
