At Creating Tomorrow College, we support young adults aged 18–25 with an EHCP who just need that little bit of extra help to take their next step. Our purpose is simple and unapologetically clear: to help every learner get a job – and keep it.
Through specialist post-18 programmes, we focus on building confidence, developing real employability skills and supporting learners into meaningful, sustainable employment.
Every learner's journey is unique – and so is our approach. We don't offer dozens of different courses. Instead, we focus on one outcome that changes lives: employment.
Our programmes are built around your strengths, ambitions and goals. Whether you're exploring what kind of work suits you best, building independence or preparing to step into a real job, we'll support you every step of the way.
Learning at Creating Tomorrow College is practical, hands-on and rooted in real experiences. From work placements and enterprise projects to workplace skills and enrichment, you'll gain confidence in real situations. You'll be ready for the world of work, and ready to stay there.
There are no academic entry requirements – just the motivation to work towards employment!
