Creating Tomorrow College is an Ofsted Outstanding specialist further education provider for young adults aged 18–25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
We were created to do something different. While many post-18 provisions focus primarily on life skills and independence, we identified a critical gap: employment. Too few young adults with learning differences move into paid work – and even fewer are supported to sustain it.
Our response was clear. We built a college with one purpose: to help learners get into the world of work and stay there.
Our inclusive, practical approach combines tailored classroom learning with extensive real-world experience, supported by specialist Job Coaches who work alongside learners in rhe workplace. The result is a confident transition from education into adult working life.
We intentionally work with small learner numbers. This allows us to truly know every learner, personalise support, and provide the high-quality education they deserve.

We believe that there are three essential ingredients for success in the world of work: knowledge, skills and character.
Knowledge
Learners build a strong foundation through employability-focused learning, alongside functional English, Maths, Essential Digital Skills and Enrichment. Our classroom-based learning is purposeful, relevant and directly linked to work.
Skills
Skills are developed by doing. Through enterprise, work experience and supported internships, learners practise real workplace skills - building capability, confidence and independence.
Character
Character is who you are at work. We support learners to develop responsibility, resilience, communication, confidence and self-advocacy – the qualities that help them keep a job and thrive in adult life.
Together, these three ingredients prepare learners not just to get a job, but to succeed long-term.
