Founded in 2017 initially as a trust of two schools (Isebrook and Wren Spinney), we currently comprise five special schools and a specialist FE college, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Trust. The college has five campuses, extending into Leicestershire and Warwickshire, and whilst owned by the Trust, the college has a separate board. We have come together to make sure children and young people have the opportunity to succeed, irrespective of their learning needs.
At Creating Tomorrow, we live our mission and values every day. We celebrate differences as strengths, and are committed to transforming the outcomes for young people with SEND. We believe that every child, regardless of their cognition, social, emotional or physical abilities, should be able to fulfil their potential and build the skills and confidence to succeed in a changing world.
We place an emphasis on the individual to make sure that everything we do is done with a focus on supporting and maximising opportunities.

Focusing exclusively on SEND education, Creating Tomorrow covers primary, secondary, sixth form and 18-25, and supports young people across a range of needs, including cognition and learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, proround and complex learning difficulties, and social emotional mental health difficulties (SEMH). Many of our learners have additional needs such as sensory or physical difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and speech, language, and communication needs.

We have four core values, which are woven into everything we do:
The trustees have a clear vision for education in our schools and college:
To create a learning journey from 0 to 25, for all children and young people.
For every child to become confident, capable, resilient, aspirational members of their communities.
All learners will be challenged to be:
To develop an effective learning community that provides an excellent education for our students through highly effective collaboration based upon mutual support and challenge, across special and mainstream schools.
