AT Creating Tomorrow College, we believe in giving young adults with SEND real-world learning experiences. The new minibus will open fresh opportunities for our learners, enabling access to attend off-campus work placements, educational trips, industry visits and community engagement events. At the same time, the fully electric vehicle aligns with our commitment to environmental responsibility, helping us contribute to a greener, cleaner future for Leicestershire.

Community Support Making a Real Difference

None of this would be possible without the kindness and commitment of our local supporters. We are incredibly grateful to the Lutterworth Area Community Fund and GLP Magna Park for enabling this initiative. Their support is helping to make a lasting impact in the lives of our learners and in our wider community.

We’d also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Iron Mountain for their continued support and for kindly providing us with a free electric charging point on site – ensuring the new minibus can stay on the move while keeping our carbon footprint low.

Creating Pathways to Independence

The new minibus is set to become an integral part of our Pathway to Employment programme. With greater flexibility and access, our learners will be able to travel across the region, engage fully in community life and build confidence through meaningful industry-relevant experiences. As we continue to expand in Leicestershire, we’re proud to work alongside local partners who share our vision of inclusive, community-driven and sustainable education.
