What started as a small college supporting young people aged 18–25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in North Northamptonshire during an incredibly challenging time has grown into a thriving specialist further education community, supporting learners across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire.

Over the past six years, we have opened new campuses, built strong relationships with employers and local communities, welcomed an ever-growing number of learners and staff, and seen our young people take their next steps towards meaningful employment.

We are incredibly proud of how far we have come – and of the people who have made that journey possible.

Our story is about much more than numbers or new campuses. It is about the learners who have shaped our college, the staff who support them, the employers who open doors and the partnerships that allow us to keep creating opportunities where they are needed most.

And now, with our newest campus in Rugby, our journey continues.

To celebrate the journey so far, we have brought the story of Creating Tomorrow College to life through a special building projection, showcasing how the College has grown.
